Amplelife health services respects your choice to change your mind at anytime and seek refund if paid amount.

Please send an email to paymentsupport@amplelife.org with a simple explanation of reasons for seeking refund of paid amount.

Amplelife health support team will review your submission via email and provide the reply within seven days regarding approval or rejection of the request for refund.

The decision to refund the paid amount is at the final discretion of payment support team, Amplelife health services.
