Consumers can access Ample Life healthcare services either directly as self- referred consumers accessing web-based services or via referral from other clinicians recommending continuous care closer to home as provided by Ample life healthcare services.

Some of the above services like heart failure rehabilitation and respiratory rehabilitation services as well as postoperative care will need referral from treating clinicians at hospital with appropriate clinical handover before continuous care is provided at home by clinical team members from Ample Life healthcare services.

Any consumers facing acute healthcare issues such as trauma, acute suicide issue or severe life-threatening healthcare problems should access their local emergency healthcare services ( e.g call 000 in Australia for urgent ambulance services). and attend the nearest emergency department or urgent care centre for urgent care.
